John Incledon is Chairman and co-founder of IDJ, a leading UK-based investment banking partnership, and is of counsel to Palisades on European opportunities. After military service as an RAF pilot and training as an engineer, Mr. Incledon received an MBA from Harvard Business School. He spent four years based in New York working in management consultancy with a predecessor firm to Ernst & Young, prior to becoming a founding director of the venture capital affiliate of N.M. Rothschild & Sons in 1969.

Mr. Incledon has served as a director of both publicly and privately held companies in the United States and in Europe for over thirty years. He is a member of the Dean’s Council of Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
